Mercy in Action

Papatūānuku ki Taurangi

Earth Promise

Papatūānuku ki Taurangi Earth Promise community garden was established in Ellerslie by the Sisters of Mercy in 2000 as a place for teaching and learning, as well as providing food.

Recently they partnered with Our Lady Star of the Sea School to teach students the importance of gardening.
