Family, friends and community gathered in the Chapel at the Sacred Heart Home in Brockville, Dunedin on 14 March to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Denise Downey. Eucharist was followed by luncheon in in the recreation hall.

A number of Mercy sisters reside at Sacred Heart Home and the jubilee provided a wonderful opportunity to gather with them too.

Congratulations, Denise on your faithfulness to Mercy over these 50 years of professed living, both in Dunedin and in Australia.
