Villa Joseph, Upper Hutt, was the venue for very happy jubilee celebrations on 18 January 2014.

Many family members, Sisters and friends joined with Sisters Joan Manson and Mary de Porres Flannigan to celebrate their 60 years as Sisters of Mercy and with Pamela Ward with her 50 years.

All joined in the Eucharistic Celebration in the chapel followed by the sharing of many memories of the combined 170 years as Sisters of Mercy while enjoying the traditional “comfortable cup of tea” and a delicious afternoon tea.
