All sisters seek to live a life of meditation, reflection, personal and communal prayer and worship and therefore all participate in this ministry. Many pray especially for the needs of individuals, local communities and national and global concerns.

Sisters with qualifications in areas such as theology, biblical studies, spirituality and ministry offer a rich resource for spiritual growth and development through spiritual direction, parish, diocesan, tertiary and other programmes.

Te Ngakau Waiora Mercy Spirituality Centre Auckland

This is a place of learning and of deepening one’s relationship with God which fosters the inner search leading to hohourongo – personal, social and spiritual renewal.

If you want to make a retreat, this is the ideal place to come. We have ten comfortably appointed bedrooms and we offer anything from one-day to six-day retreats, with or without spiritual directors. There is also ongoing spiritual direction / spiritual companionship.

We hire our well equipped facilities for a wide variety of conferences, seminars, retreats and workshops, and offer wholesome, home-style catering as required.

Rosary House Christchurch

Rosary House Spiritual Life Centre provides spiritual direction, supervision for spiritual directors, retreat days, an environment for prayer and solitude, and educational programmes that promote spiritual development.

The centre is also available as a non-residential conference centre or for day and evening programmes.
